Shortlisting call 2
An member of our team will contact you to:
- Confirm your details
- Explain how a hybrid heat pump works
- Answer any questions you may have
- Talk you through the next steps
- Step 2.5 – Gas Connection Assessment (EA)
- If you are not already connected to the gas network an energy advisor will attend the property.
Free Home Survey 3
If shortlisted, we’ll arrange a free, no-obligation home survey, including:
- Heat-loss assessment
- Review of your current heating system
- Property suitability check
This confirms whether or not your home is suitable for this programme, if so you will receive your £4000 voucher.
Quotation 4
If eligible, you will receive a clear quotation after the home survey showing:
- Full allowance details and cost
- £4,000 grant clearly deducted
- Any remaining contribution (if applicable)
Nothing proceeds without your agreement.
Expert Installation 5
Once you've reviewed your quotation and if you decide to proceed:
- Installation typically takes 2–3 days
- Carried out by qualified, accredited installers
- All safety and compliance certification provided
- Follow by a detailed demonstration on how best to use your new hybrid heat pump.
Monitoring & Support 6
Support is available to help you get the most from your hybrid heat pump:
- Monitoring equipment tracks system performance only
- No cameras, no audio, no personal monitoring
- Data is anonymised and GDPR-compliant
- You can request access to the Data
